In Windows XP you can use command prompt in full screen(alt + enter) but In Windows 7 there is a limitation…I have solution to run Command prompt in Full Screen mode in Windows 7….follow these Steps…
Open Command Prompt manually…
Step 1:
- Right click on the title bar of your cmd screen…
Step 2:
- Go to Defaults…
- [A new window (console windows properties) opened ]
Step 3:
- Go to Font tab..
- Change it to the Lucida Console with Font size 28….
Step 4:
- Then Go to Layout tab…
- On Screen Buffer Size
- Select Width 80 and Height to 25..
- Do the Same in window Size..
- Uncheck “Left System position window” and put -4 in Left and Top on Window position.. Then Click OK….
Step 5:
- Restart command prompt(cmd) ….
There we go…
COMMAND PROMPT(cmd) in Maximized screen..…!!!!
